He got out the window at around 4am. He is a partially outdoor cat normally but not during the cold at all. He's not the most resourceful cat. It's so cold and we're worried about him. He has a collar with a phone # but just in case. If you see a big black cat, kind of friendly but timid, little white tuft on his neck. Please contact me, thanks.
