How it works

If you've lost your pet

Go to "Lost your pet?" section. There you can browse pets, which were found by other people.
In a searchbox on the top left start typing an address of the place where you've seen your pet last time. Then select desired place from a dropdown menu. Map will scroll down to the selected place.
On the map look around the place, searching for Petrieve markers.
If, for instance, you've lost a white cat - look for markers with a label like "White Cat Found".
You can click on the markers to view pet's info and a contact form below it.
If you think that one of the pets posted is yours:
- Enter a message and your contact info for a person who published it and click "Send".
- We'll deliver your message immediately.
- Wait for a response. Chat with the person and prove that you're the real owner. Retrieve your pet.
- Live happily and don't loose your pet anymore ;)
If you can't find your pet among the markers:
- Center the map on a place where you've lost your pet (you may aim with a blue point, which is the map center). Press the "Post Ad" button in the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Fill in lost pet's profile as complete as possible and specify the area of search. Be reasonable, most pets will barely leave your distrit or the city. Keep in mind that photo uploading will definitely increase the chances to identify your pet.
- After you click "Done" - we'll create pet's profile and send an email to you. In order to make the profile publicly visible, please, check your email and follow its instructions.
- Now try ro relax and wait for our email delivery. We'll send you info about all new found pets, which will match your pet's traits and the search area you've specified.

If you've found someone's pet

Go to "Found someone's pet?" section. There you can browse pets, which were lost by other people.
In a searchbox on the top left start typing an address of the place where you've found the pet. Then select desired place from a dropdown menu. Map will scroll down to the selected place.
On the map look around the place, searching for Petrieve markers.
If, for instance, you've found a black dog - look for markers with a label like "Black Dog Lost".
You can click on the markers to view pet's info and a contact form below it.
If you think that one of the pets posted is the one you've found:
- Enter a message and your contact info for a person who published it and click "Send".
- We'll deliver your message immediately.
- Wait for a response. Chat with the person and ensure that this is the real owner. Give away the pet.
- Be proud! You've made a good thing :)
If you can't find the pet among the markers:
- Center the map on a place where you've lost your pet (you may aim with a blue point, which is the map center). Press the "Post Ad" button in the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Fill in found pet's profile as complete as possible. Photo uploading will definitely increase the chances to find pet's owners faster.
- After you click "Done" - we'll create pet's profile and send an email to you. In order to make the profile publicly visible, please, check your email and follow its instructions.
- Now try ro relax and wait for our email delivery. We'll send you info about all new lost pets matched your pet's traits.
